Referee Schedule - My pass at setting up my basketball schedule

With out a better system yet…I am using Microsoft Outlook for my basketball schedule this year. There are a couple of things I dont like about it and there are others that I do.

Dislikes - In calender view I dont get to see enough of the “details” of the game. I tried putting this in the detail of the meeting notice and in the subject but it doesnt matter. So I am using the calender view (as seen below) as a “high level” look at my games…and then i will print the weekly view (which i had to put all the detail into the subject to see it) for all the details of the game.

Likes - Color coating. For some this might not be a big deal but for others I think you will like this. You can see below that I have chosen blue to be my division on schedule and orange for my CBA schedule….and Purple for my juco. You could do the same with color coating conference if you are in multiple D-1 conference…up to you.
